New US VP of client services

Merit has appointed data-driven marketing expert Dennis O’Brien as Vice President of US Client Services to provide dedicated support to the American market.
O’Brien, who has more than 20 years’ experience in marketing, will work closely with existing clients and prospects to explore and identify new opportunities to drive audience growth, improve marketing efficiency, and develop new products and services.
Throughout his career, O’Brien has worked for renowned publishing companies such as Reader’s Digest, Primedia, Condé Nast, and employed Merit’s services during his time with Simplify Compliance.
He says: “I had a great experience working with Merit as a client, so when the opportunity came to lead the US operation it was impossible to turn down.
“All organisations are becoming data driven, and Merit is reshaping how the B2B event, media and information industries build, enhance and monetize audience and market intelligence.”
