Experience : 3 – 7 Years
- Will handle the New Hire Training for all the new joiners in Merit.
- Should have the ability to understand the various operational requirements and develop training modules in line with those needs.
- Identify risks during the NHT training and flag it to the operations and HR team in case of a skill set mismatch.
- Partner with the Corporate Communications and the Recruitment team in terms of visiting colleges to do the upskill training workshops with the students.
- Assist the leadership trainer with content development and designing training programs and activities to suit the requirements.
