Job Description

  • Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities.
  • Ability to organize & prioritize work
  • Should have pleasing disposition to deal with visitors
  • Should be computer literate to do letters etc
  • Should do foreign travel bookings both travel and stay
  • Should have facilities management experience
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Maintain various registers like courier, visitors etc.
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Take up other duties as assigned
