Merit’s Got Talent is an annual talent show which is a platform for employees to showcase their talents such as singing, dance etc. This month long event brings out the best of talent in the fields of cultural, music, dance, mimicry and more. After competing with other colleagues across various categories, these talented stars take on their counter parts in the grand finale with a whole lot of glitz and glamour.

“Charity begins at home” is a popular saying to lend a helping hand to those in need in our immediate circle. “Punya” is Merit’s CSR initiative to the less privileged. Employees are encouraged to engage in monthly contributions towards charity, and these contributions are used to provide basic nourishment needs and other amenities. Regular visits are also organized for employees to visit the sponsored trusts and spend time with the less privileged. The “Joy of Giving Week” is an additional initiative which is popular amongst employees to contribute other essential commodities as per requirement.
“Laurels” is Merit’s Rewards and Recognition Programme in view of recognizing and appreciating employees who have gone the extra mile and hence being recipients of “Star Performers” and “Quality Champions”. On the same note, achievers from the IT team are recognized as “Key Contributors” in recognition for their performance. This programme is run at our Chennai and Mumbai premises every quarter and plays a pivotal role in motivating employees to aim high.
